Seismic Dance Event 2021 Recap

Music lovers need to attend Seismic Dance Event in Austin, Texas. With the Volcano, Tsunami, and Frequency stages, it was a great time to enjoy some of the best house and techno music the weekend of November 12-14.  The 50+ global artists made it a diverse and fun setting. Here’s a bit of a recap of what went down at the festival for its fourth incarnation.

Venue

The venue included a great mix of stages and art booths to showcase a multicultural experience to the people of the dance music community. Artists from across the world showed off their talent in unique ways. Whether you enjoy an indoor or outdoor atmosphere, you were able to enjoy electronic music acts such as Nina Kraviz, Will Clarke, Pan-Pot, Ida Engberg, and many other amazing artists in diverse venue settings.

The Tsunami stage was a great place to check out world-renowned producers and DJs like Jamie Jones, Claptone, Damian Lazarus, and more. The sound stage was top-notch with pumping bass and epic energy that kept the whole vibe going throughout the festival.

Food

After long sessions of dancing like no one is watching, you were able to have your fill of tasty food options from different trucks to refuel. Some of the food options available included burger and fries, tacos, or a slice of pizza.

I love the fact that I could wash down my meal with a local brew as I took in the sunshine of the day. It was quite the treat to begin my evening before the main headliners came on stage to keep the energy going.

VIP Section

The VIP section provided you with the best views in the house. The easy access to the bathroom was a great alternative to waiting in long lines.

The lounge area made it perfect to kick back and relax in between sets. All in all, it was a very enjoyable way to chill that I highly recommend to others.

Afterparties

I ended up attending the afterparty on Friday with Jamie Jones and Will Clarke. It hyped me up even more to groove on the rest of the weekend. It paid off to end my day one experience with a bang to keep the vibes on high on Saturday and Sunday.

Overall, it was an incredible event. I highly recommend this festival to all house and techno enthusiasts worldwide.
