This past Monday and Tuesday was the sixth annual Decadence Arizona held at the Rawhide Event Center in Chandler, Arizona. This was more than a music festival; this was a unique and memorable experience.

Music

This year’s lineup included artists such as Skrillex, Illenium, Dillon Francis, Tchami x Mala, Jamie Jones, Fischer, Galantis, Joyride, Griztronics, and Zeds Dead to name a few. Some artists do not tour often so it was nice to see them on this exciting occasion. They delivered some amazing sets to the audience.

Stage Production & Silent Disco

There were two main stages this year; the Grand Pavilion and the Royal Circus. The stages were located very close to one another, yet spaced out enough so that the sound systems did not interfere with each other. The heaving hitting bass rattled the festival grounds while clean and crisp melodies played throughout the whole evening.

There was a silent disco called The Playhouse which had three different channels playing music all night long. It was a unique experience seeing everyone jump around and dance, but no music except in the headphones. There were three different DJ’s playing on three different channels so you can enjoy different genres of music. There was a weird and wonderful channel, rbdeep channel, and bass face channel. If you did not check out the silent disco, we highly recommend checking it out next year at Decadence.

Food Selection

A wide variety of food stands packed the festival grounds. In between the stands were some food trucks. There were over twenty options of food including some famous restaurants.

No matter what you were in the mood to eat, there was always a place to satisfy your appetite— from vegan to gluten-free and everything in between. We really enjoyed the Grill Cheese truck *drool*.

Why Go VIP?

Having access to VIP amenities at Decadence Arizona came with many perks. The VIP viewing decks gave guests a chance to get close to the action.

Clean restrooms with air conditioning made the festival experience a breeze as there were no lines to wait in. The cozy VIP lounge area had heat lamps, a private bar, and a spread of delectable hors d’oeuvres for guests to munch on after working up an appetite from dancing the night away.

Final Thoughts

This year’s Decadence Arizona was an incredible experience overall. We will be looking forward to seeing you at next year’s Decadence Arizona!
