Framework, one of the world’s leading independent purveyors of underground music experiences, has partnered with Goldenvoice to announce that internationally renowned UKG producer Sammy Virji will inaugurate The Rio Vista Lot at The Historic Sears Building for a headlining performance on Saturday, September 6, 2025.

Marking the British artist’s largest Los Angeles show to date, ‘Framework & Goldenvoice present Sammy Virji’ will serve as the grand finale to Framework’s upcoming Summer 2025 calendar. This landmark experience will follow an illustrious summer series of dance music events, featuring additional headlining sets from Chris Stussy, Purple Disco Machine, Mathame, Flight Facilities and Hot Since 82 – all performers whom Framework has championed throughout their careers.
Known for producing innovative shows in unconventional spaces across Los Angeles, the event production company’s Summer 2025 programming also includes takeovers of The Stage At Casitas, Gin Ling Way, Exposition Lawn, and more – a list of venues that will contribute to Framework’s sparkling legacy of producing culture-defining events in Southern California.
On Friday, June 20, ‘Framework presents Mathame: NEO’ will feature the LA debut of the Italian brother duo’s NEO concept, where they will match the aesthetics of NEO (their cinematic, audiovisual techno live show) to a cutting edge, 30,000 sq ft soundstage at The Stage at Casitas.

Marking an evolving creative partnership between Framework and the melodic techno duo, ‘Framework presents Mathame: NEO’ follows previous collaborations such as Mathame’s 2022 performance at Sound Nightclub (a venue owned and operated by Framework), their 2023 set at Coachella’s Yuma Tent (whose yearly lineup is programmed by Framework), and the duo’s set at 7 Days Of Framework At Sound in 2023.
This upcoming event will mark the first Framework show at The Stage at Casitas, but not the first time they’ve produced concerts in film production houses; last year, the company hosted multiple sold out shows at RED Studios in Hollywood (including with Duke Dumont and Rampa). Continuing this tradition, Framework will bring their customary world-class production to a new soundstage, alongside their affinity for the controlled audio/visual environment that such a venue provides.

Next, on Saturday, June 28, Framework will team up with frequent-collaborator Goldenvoice for Purple Disco Machine at The Shrine Expo Hall, which is the perfect space to foster the German producer’s lively, funk-infused house sound.

This upcoming Shrine performance marks the latest in long list of collaborations between Purple Disco Machine and Framework, including at the Yuma Tent (2022), the Las Vegas festival Art Of The Wild (2022, 2023), Framework In The Desert (2022), 7 Days of Framework at Sound (2022, 2024), and the Shrine Outdoors (2023).

In July, Framework will make their return to Exposition Lawn for ‘Framework presents Chris Stussy’ on Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20. After selling out the first date in less than an hour, Framework met immense fan demand by adding a second date for a rare two-night performance.

‘Framework presents Chris Stussy’ represents the culmination of Framework’s journey in nurturing the Dutch-native to superstar status. Their partnership began with two shows at Sound Nightclub earlier this decade, including Chris Stussy’s West Coast debut in 2021. These club sets were followed by two Yuma Tent performances – one in 2023, and another one to a jam-packed crowd at Coachella 2025.

Following the wildly successful ‘Framework presents Mahmut Orhan’ event at Gin Ling Way in May, Framework has planned two additional shows at LA’s famed Chinatown pedestrian street: ‘Framework presents Knee Deep In Sound LA,’ which will see British tastemaker Hot Since 82 play an open-to-close set, as well as ‘Framework presents Flight Facilities (DJ Set).’
Glistened by Gin Ling Way’s neon-lit pogodas and floating red lanterns, Framework will add to their storied working history with Hot Since 82, which includes previous events at The Palladium (2017), The Shrine (2018), Pershing Square (2022), Sound Nightclub (2022), Yuma Tent (2023), Zenyara (2023), and Union Station (2023). The Australian genre-blending duo Flight Facilities have also previously worked with Framework, including shows at Sound Nightclub (2023) and the Yuma Tent (2024).
Then, to conclude its Summer 2025 programming, Framework and Goldenvoice will bring Sammy Virji to The Rio Vista Lot at the The Historic Sears Building on Saturday, September 6. The event will debut a brand new portion of the venue, following Framework’s previous Dom Dolla event at The Dock at The Historic Sears Building last October, which was the first-ever music event produced at this landmark building.

Now, Framework returns to a new part of the venue for their biggest collaboration yet with Sammy Virji, who they’ve fostered throughout his musical journey to the top of the electronic music scene. In addition to producing his Los Angeles debut at Sound Nightclub’s Night Bass showcase in 2023, Framework also hosted a sold out follow up at Sound Nightclub in 2024 before bringing him to The Shrine Expo Hall later that year. Pre-registration for Framework & Goldenvoice present Sammy Virji is available now ahead of the event’s public on-sale this Friday, June 6 @ 10am PT.
Framework’s upcoming summer events follow an impressive run of shows to start the year, which has included ‘Michael Bibi on Hollywood BLVD’ – where they shut down Hollywood Boulevard between Vine Street and Cahuenga Boulevard for a three hour extended set from tech house maestro Michael Bibi – and the record-breaking fourth installment of Framework In The Desert, which welcomed over 14,000 guests across three nights of their acclaimed desert afterparty series, with world-class headliners such as deadmau5, Chris Lake, Mau P, and Alesso (BODY HI).
