This past weekend, CRSSD Fall 2024 took over Waterfront Park, San Diego, on September 28-29, 2024, and it was nothing short of spectacular. With the sun shining and the ocean breeze keeping things cool, music lovers gathered to experience an unforgettable two days of cutting-edge electronic music. Following the massive success of its March edition, CRSSD once again raised the bar, delivering a weekend packed with phenomenal performances, high-energy vibes, and electric moments that kept the crowd buzzing from start to finish.

If you missed it, you missed out. The atmosphere was nothing short of euphoric, and CRSSD Fall 2024 will be remembered as one of the best electronic festivals of the year. The only thing to regret now is not being there when it all went down.

A Lineup That Delivered

The lineup was stacked, and the performances did not disappoint. Disclosure headlined the festival with their signature blend of house and UK garage. The Lawrence brothers had the crowd moving from start to finish, dropping fan favorites like “Latch” and “You & Me” alongside new tracks. Their live performance, complete with a blend of DJ sets and live instrumentation, was a true highlight of the weekend.

For those craving something darker, Gesaffelstein brought the heat with his industrial techno soundscapes. His set was an intense experience, with pounding beats and hypnotic visuals creating an unforgettable journey into the heart of techno.

Adam Beyer, the techno titan and founder of Drumcode, showed why he’s been at the forefront of the genre for years. His pounding set, filled with deep, driving beats, kept the energy levels high as fans danced to tracks from his iconic catalog.

Rising Stars Took the Stage

While the headliners stole the show, CRSSD Fall 2024 also showcased some incredible rising stars who held their own. Adam After Hours delivered a mesmerizing late-night set with his unique deep house and techno blend. His hypnotic beats and smooth transitions entranced the crowd well into the night.

BIIANCO, the LA-based producer and vocalist, captivated the audience with her ethereal electropop sound. Her performance was more than just a set—it was an audiovisual experience, with haunting vocals and visuals that synced perfectly with her tracks like “Against The Wall.”

Australian dance-punk outfit Confidence Man brought fun to the festival with their high-energy performance. Known for their bold costumes and infectious choreography, their set had the crowd bouncing along to every beat. It was one of the most lively performances of the weekend.

Pretty Girl also left a lasting impression, delivering a dreamy set that blended electronica with pop sensibilities. Her single “My Trust, My Love” had the audience swaying as the sun set on Saturday evening.

Genre-Bending Performances

Versatility was the name of the game at CRSSD Fall 2024, with artists like NEIL FRANCES and Nora En Pure showing just how far the boundaries of electronic music can be pushed.

NEIL FRANCES brought their indie-electronic sound to life in an energetic live set that fused funk, disco, and electronic beats. The duo kept the crowd moving with tracks like “Music Sounds Better With You,” and their infectious energy spread throughout the park.

Nora En Pure lived up to her reputation as the queen of melodic deep house, delivering a set that transported festival-goers to blissful soundscapes. Her smooth transitions and beautiful melodies made her set one of the most memorable of the weekend.

Perhaps one of the biggest surprises was TOKiMONSTA’s back-to-back set with a special guest. The Grammy-nominated producer brought genre-defying beats that spanned everything from hip-hop to indie rock, creating an eclectic and unforgettable performance.

Immersive DJ Sets

Some of the weekend’s most immersive moments came from the audiovisual DJ sets. BICEP’s CHROMA AV DJ set was nothing short of spectacular. The Belfast duo’s blend of euphoric electronica and jaw-dropping visuals created a sensory overload. Tracks from albums like “Isles” were paired with custom visuals that immersed the audience fully in the experience.

Tinlicker, with their full live setup, turned the stage into a studio, giving their progressive house tracks new life. Their performance was an improvisational masterpiece, with synths, drum machines, and live vocals blending seamlessly into a set that mesmerized the crowd.
