4th Annual One Love Cali Reggae Fest Recap 2019

This past weekend was the fourth annual One Love Cali Reggae Festival held at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. It was a three-day music festival turned foodie heaven, which made for a great experience for everyone.
The festival took place next to the historic Queen Mary ship, which made for an amazing view both day and night. The skyline at night looked amazing as you could see downtown Long Beach and the surrounding areas quite clearly. The weather was not the best as it rained Saturday and Sunday, but we made the best of it. It mainly rained in the morning, so it was not too bad. Friday was full of big clouds amongst the clear blue sky for everyone to enjoy.
Some of L.A.’s top restaurants and food trucks came out showcasing a wide array of food. It was great to go around and get some festival food, while having the option for some gourmet food. Some food vendors to highlight includes Pink Taco, Wicked Fish Tacos, The Truck Stop, and more! Our bellies were satisfied all weekend long.
The lineup included amazing live performances from Rebelution, Stick Figure, Tribal Seeds, Pepper, Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, SOJA, Dispatch, Sublime with Rome, Atmosphere, Iration, J Bogg, Common Kings, and more! The music was a nice mix of all reggae styles, rap, and alternative rock.
All the performers had amazing sets, but the most memorable were Rebelution, Slightly Stoopid, and Sublime with Rome. They all played the main stage, which was huge. It was an expansive stage with amazing lighting. The sound was top quality. You could here the music from the back of the stage, which was huge!
We are excited to see what 2020 has in store for One Love Cali Reggae Festival. Stay up to date here!
